Unique Character: Every MuseSteel piece is handcrafted. Minor variations in finish, weld marks, or dimensions (up to a 2% variance) are inherent to the material and the manual production process and are not considered defects.
Material Disclaimer: Stainless steel may develop a natural patina or micro-scratches over time with use. These are natural characteristics of the metal and do not constitute grounds for exchange or return.

Custom Production: All products on this website are handcrafted and made-to-order based on the customer’s specific selection (including model and size options from the catalog).
Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment only. After this window, the order enters physical production and cannot be canceled, nor will a refund be issued, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010.
Returns & Exchanges: As items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all dimensions and specifications are correct before placing an order.

Personal Use: Products sold on this website are intended for personal use and interior design projects for end-clients only.
No Resale: The purchase of products for the purpose of resale, commercial distribution, or wholesale without prior explicit written permission from MuseSteel is strictly prohibited.
Right to Cancel: MuseSteel reserves the right to cancel orders that appear to be commercial or wholesale purchases made without prior authorization.

Shipping Methods: Deliveries are carried out via third-party courier services or independently by MuseSteel, at the business's sole discretion.
Proof of Delivery: Notification from the courier company (SMS/Email), a photo of the package at the destination address, or MuseSteel’s independent delivery records shall serve as conclusive proof of delivery, even in the absence of a physical signature.
Inspection & Reporting: It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product's integrity immediately upon receipt. Any claim regarding physical damage caused during transit must be reported in writing with accompanying photos within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, MuseSteel shall not be held liable for such damages.
Delays: Delivery timelines are estimates only. MuseSteel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, traffic conditions, or logistical disruptions.

MuseSteel shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its services resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: war, security emergencies, national strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, or unexpected shortages of raw materials (stainless steel) in the global or local market.

Proper Use: Products (specifically stools and tables) must be used on flat, stable surfaces only.
Maintenance & Cleaning: It is the customer's responsibility to use cleaning tools suitable for stainless steel only (soft microfiber cloth).
MuseSteel is not liable for aesthetic damage, scratches, or loss of luster resulting from the use of abrasive cleaning tools (such as scouring pads, steel wool, hard brushes) or harsh cleaning agents (containing chlorine, acid, or bleach).
Limitation of Liability: MuseSteel is not liable for any consequential, direct, or indirect damage arising from misuse, overloading, or improper maintenance of the product. Total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction regarding any dispute shall be granted to the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.
